We were very impressed with the service . I had even put the wrong time for pick up . But it was no problem and was sorted out quickly . I have already recommended the transfer company to friends .

I had an excellent experience of Suntransfers. The journey to my hotel ran very smoothly and the driver was very courteous. I was particularly impressed by my return journey to the airport, though. I was aware there could be difficulty arriving in time because of road closures due to World Youth Day events in Krakow. I phoned the helpline and they very helpfully arranged a pick-up time of half an hour earlier than I'd booked. At the newly arranged pick-up time I was called by the driver who was stuck in extremely heavy traffic. He arrived half an hour later, but kept in great communication with me during that time. Driving conditions were very hard on the way to the airport - the traffic was terrible and the weather conditions were awful. Despite all these set-backs the driver did everything he could to get me to the airport on time, and he succeeded. Immensely impressive and I would certainly recommend this company to others.
