Transfer Aeroporto di Jerez

We have used Suntransfers several times now and they have always been reliable, on time and great. Even so we were a bit worried about where our meeting point would be this time as our accommodation was in a pedestrian area. We had no need to worry they were at the end of he road early and contacting us about meeting. All went very smoothly. Thank you!

Have used Suntransfers for 20 years .Never been let down. Slight problem with the address for the return pick up on this occasion which was not their fault; contacted the help line which answered immediately and problem sorted quickly. Good to know if there is a problem that it is resolved easily. 10 out of 10

Communication prior to travelling was really good, with very clear instructions. I also contacted Suntransfers prior to our return using their WhatsApp service and they auto responded straight away, after giving details of my request, I was contacted within 10 minutes, no long waits.

We booked a return journey from Jerez airport to a hotel in Seville. The return journey was exceptional; the driver arrived on time in a roomy Tesla and we had a seamless journey back. However the trip from the airport was different. The voucher stated to wait in arrivals for our driver, which we did. I received a phone call from Suntransfers basically asking where we were. The driver apparently was somewhere else. We met up and taken to the vehicle which was a high top 12 seater bus which did not have the cleanest interior I’ve come across. We travelled to Seville but on arriving we had to vacate the vehicle before reaching the hotel because the vehicle was too large to navigate the narrow streets. Now the driver had little English and I no Spanish so just to point in the general direction of the hotel wasn’t any help. Luckily I’d researched the hotel and found it about 100 metres away. Anyone not having this knowledge would, I think, have struggled. I would assume that the problem is not with Suntransfers but their contractors, it needs them to sort that out.

Great! Got through the airport and our driver was waiting for us. She was polite, friendly and didn’t even laugh at my awful attempt at speaking Spanish. Smooth safe journey to our hotel and the same on the return journey. Would definitely use again.

Easy and reliable. I booked an airport pick up and return and the drivers in each occasion where there on time and pleasant.
