 Used Suntransfers for a party of 12 in May 2010. The whole experience was easy and trouble free. We had to change hotel midway through our holiday but a quick phone call to Suntransfer and our booking was amended. Fantastic.

 MY wife and I transfered from alicante to benidorm return,we are both pensioners and my wife due to an accident is unsteady on her feet so we no longer travel on the tour operator coach but go by private taxi,our daughter booked with your company and we must say this is the most comfortable,quickest,politest and reliable service we have experienced and will be using your service again and reccomend you to our friends thankyou for a hassle free transfer.

 We booked Suntransfers online and never spoke to anyone on the phone. We were a little apprehensive on the day of the pickup, 4:00 a.m. in Venice, but the service was excellent!

 I am a repeat customer and this is because Suntransfers.com do exactly what they say in their write up!! My previous holiday to Portugal was subject to a 13 hr delay due to volcanic ash and yet 20 mins after landing me and my partner were on our way to our hotel!! You just can't better that service.

 this was our first time with suntransfers and it will not be the last we will now travel with you on all our future holidays .The mini bus was waiting for us on arrival and was spotless and very comfortable your driver was so polite and helpful.Even on our return transfare he picked us up from the hotel 10 minuets early.We were so pleased with your service we have recomened you to all our friends and family.I would just like to add the is no way you could ever improve your service you are spot on with everything.

When we arrived at Mercia Airport,the driver was ready and waiting with our name. he was helpful and polite and on time,which is appriciated when you have small children travalling also. He was also on time for our Departure.

 This was my first time to use the service and as I was travelling alone I was quite apprehensive in respect of the pick up and someone being definately there to meet me -I need not have worried as the driver was there right on time,very pleasant,courteous and offered some worthwhile tips re my destinatiion. I will use this service again.

We were travelling with 2 children, one 8 years old and one 9 months old and we booked a car both ways (from/to airport). The drivers were both very friendly and helpful with the luggage, they installed the autoseats for the children, and they both had little "steps" to help us up in the car, since it was a mini bus. The whole experience was very comfortable and when the driver was 15 minutes late to pick us up at the hotel, he called the reception to let us know. So, despite the 15 minutes delay, we highly recommend Suntransfers.

Suntransfers met all our expectations. We were particularly pleased with their punctuality - our driver was waiting for us on arrival and at the end of our holiday he picked us up at exactly the time arranged. Our transfer was quite a long one, almost two hours each way, so we were grateful for the comfortable, air-conditioned car. We would certainly use Suntransfers again.
