  • Plane arrived in good time and bags were delivered quickly. Driver was not there when we exited the arrivals but arrived 6 or 7 minutes later. She was apologetic and helpful. We transferred to destination with efficiency. All in all and excellent service.

  • The pickup at faro airport was 10-15 mins late but a polite member of your staff apologised and kept us informed and then escorted us out to the minibus on arrival. The drivers were quick to ensure the child seats were put in correctly. And the pickup from our villa the driver was slightly early which is a bonus. Would def recommend to someone else.
